Past Projects

1) A private social company operating in the consulting field.

An engineering consulting firm the goal of which is to develop new processes for the industry, geared towards improving efficiency both on the ecological and economic fronts.
* A project geared towards reducing their energy costs by implementing new technology.
* A project to improve a chemical process used in the pharmaceutical industry.

2) A private company (non-social), operating in the software sector, in the throes of bankruptcy at the time of our intervention

The objective here was to create value, by making the most of the company’s existing technical potential, through implementing a sales process which geared the company towards large-scale export. After 5 years’ active collaboration, this company managed to come through the 2008-2009 world crisis without having to resort to any layoffs or recourse to recapitalization, and at the same time succeeded in establishing its presence internationally, opening offices abroad.

This experience was conducted on the basis of reflection carried out within Armadif on the different types of intrinsic organization within companies. Today, Armadif focuses on developing companies of a “social” nature; an ethic which, in our opinion, resolves a major part of the problems encountered in the management of solely profit-based companies.

3) A private company (non-social) operating in the software sector

The objective here was to adapt the development model in order to improve the financial situation by increasing sales while at the same time not increasing costs.
Armadif proposed a development model whereby they replace the “door-to-door sales”-type model by an Internet model.
Over a 6-month period, the Internet site was regularly rethought, in order to generate traffic and thus rank higher within the search engine rankings. The price list was also completely revised to make rental a more attractive proposition, whilst at the same time taking into account future developments and increased margins.

4) A private social company operating in the biotechnology field and characterized by expectations that it should have a strong social ethic.

Armadif analyzed as objectively as possible the various needs related to this activity, endeavoring to ascertain the various ethical, social and financial expectations of each partner (private and public employees, partners) in order to come up with an innovating development model.

Today, this company is at the startup stage: the cleanroom is under construction, equipment is being ordered, the R&D plan is financed for the coming 5 years (extendable to 7 years), the operational team has been elected (doctor, pharmacist, biotechnology engineer, biologist).
